Rule 26-A1606 - SUBSIDIARIES OF DOMESTIC INSURERS

1606.1

The authority to invest in subsidiaries under Section 3 of the Act is in addition to any authority to invest in subsidiaries which may be contained in any other provision of the Insurance Code.
