Rule 25-I203 - ISSUANCE OF NOTICE TO ABATE VIOLATION - PRIVATE PROPERTY, RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL

203.1

Property owners shall comply with all Notices to Abate Violations issued by the Department for:

(a) Environmental conditions identified in Subsection 200.1 of these regulations;

(b) Rodent Activity identified in Sub sections 201.2 of these regulations; and

(c) Rodent Harborage Conditions identified in Sub section 202.2 of these regulations.

203.2

If the property owner fails or refuses to comply with Subsection 203.1, the Department shall impose special assessments, fines, and penalties as specified in Sections 304, 305, and 306 of these regulations against the property and the property owner.
