Rule 25-E902 - JUDICIAL REVIEW - APPEALS

902.1

Any person aggrieved by a final order or decision of the Department may seek judicial review in accordance with § 4902(b) of the Department of Health Functions Clarification Act of 2001, effective October 3, 2001 (D.C. Law 14-28; D.C. Official Code § 7-731(b)) .
