Rule 25-D1605 - ADMINISTRATIVE - CONDEMNATION ORDER, EQUIPMENT, DEVICE MAY NOT BE USED OR MOVED1605.1 Equipment, devices, fixtures, linens, furnishings, garments, or other supplies that are subject to a condemnation order may not be used, sold, moved, or otherwise destroyed by any person, except as specified in section 1606.2.
