Rule 25-C716 - IMMINENT HEALTH HAZARD - RESUMPTION OF FACILITY OPERATIONS*

716.1

If the facility is closed as specified in Section 715, the licensee shall obtain approval from the Department as specified in Section 811 before resuming operations.
