Rule 25-C6454 - CONDITIONS OF RETENTION - LICENSE, PERMIT NOT TRANSFERABLE

6454.1

A license or permit to operate a swimming pool or spa facility shall not be transferred from one person to another person, from one facility to another facility, or from one location to another location that is owned, leased or operated by the same person.
