Rule 25-B409 - FOOD CONTAMINATION PREVENTION - DISCHARGES FROM THE EYES, NOSE, AND MOUTH*

409.1

Food employees experiencing persistent sneezing, coughing, or a runny nose that causes a discharge from the eyes, nose, or mouth shall not work with exposed food, equipment, utensils, food-contact surfaces, or food-packaging materials.
