Rule 25-B3213 - CRITICAL VIOLATION - VERIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF CORRECTION
3213.1

After observing at the time of inspection a correction of a critical violation, the Department shall enter the violation and information about the corrective action on the inspection report.

3213.2

After receiving notification that the licensee or dealer has corrected a critical violation, the Department shall verify correction of the violation, document the information on an inspection report, and enter the report in the Department's records.
