Rule 25-B2005 - PHYSICAL FACILITIES - CLEANING MAINTENANCE TOOLS, PREVENTING CONTAMINATION*

Food preparation sinks, handwashing sinks, and warewashing equipment shall not be used to clean maintenance tools, to prepare or hold maintenance materials, or for the disposal of mop water and similar liquid wastes.
