Rule 25-B1305 - QUANTITY AND AVAILABILITY - CAPACITY*
1305.1

The water source and system shall be of sufficient capacity to meet the water demands of the food processing operation.

1305.2

Hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the hot water demands throughout the food processing operation.
