Rule 25-A501 - FOOD CONTAMINATION PREVENTION - DISCHARGES FROM THE EYES, NOSE, AND MOUTH
501.1

Food employees experiencing persistent sneezing, coughing, or a runny nose that causes a discharge from the eyes, nose, or mouth shall not work with exposed food, clean equipment and utensils, linens, or unwrapped single-service and single-use articles.
