Rule 25-A4900 - JUDICIAL REVIEW - APPEALS

4900.1

Any person aggrieved by a final order or decision of the Department may seek judicial review in accordance with the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act, approved October 21, 1968 (82 Stat. 1204; D.C. Official Code § 2-510 (2011 Repl.)).
