Rule 25-A4717 - ADMINISTRATIVE - SUMMARY SUSPENSION, TIME FRAME FOR REINSPECTION4717.1After receiving a written request from the licensee stating that the conditions cited in the summary suspension order no longer exists, the Department shall conduct a reinspection of the food establishment for which the license was summarily suspended within three (3) business days during which the Department's office is open to the public.
