Rule 25-A3706 - APPLICATION APPROVAL - HEALTH INSPECTION CERTIFICATE, ISSUANCE3706.1The Department shall review an application for the issuance of a Health Inspection Certificate. The Department shall make a determination to approve or disapprove the application, including menus, plans, or standards approved or imposed as part of the issuance of the Health Inspection Certificate after conducting a thorough inspection of: P
(a) The mobile food unit, including but not limited to vending stands, carts, roadway vehicles, or other mobile food units in accordance with all applicable provisions of this Code;(b) The storage facility, including but not limited to depots, commissaries, or service support facilities in accordance with § 4402 and all applicable provisions of this Code;(c) Equipment and utensils in accordance with all applicable provisions of this Code;(d) Records relating to source of food, including but not limited to food purchased, received, or used on the mobile food unit, in accordance with § 4402.1(c);(e) The preparation and holding procedures for the food; and(f) A determination that the HACCP Plan will prevent the growth of disease causing organisms or germs.3706.2Health Inspection Certificates are valid for six (6) months or until the next inspection, whichever is earlier.
