Rule 25-A2708 - NUMBERS AND CAPACITIES - CLEANING IMPLEMENTS AND SUPPLIES2708.1Except as specified in § 2708.2, suitable cleaning implements and supplies such as high-pressure pumps, hot water, steam, and detergent shall be provided as necessary for effective cleaning of receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables.
2708.2If approved by the Department as specified in § 2708.1, off-premises-based cleaning services may be used if on-premises cleaning implements and supplies are not provided.
