Rule 25-A1536 - ACCEPTABILITY - FOOD EQUIPMENT, CERTIFICATION AND CLASSIFICATION1536.1Food equipment that is certified or classified for sanitation by an American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-accredited certification program is deemed to be in compliance with Chapters 14 and 15 of this Code.
