Rule 23-902 - UNSEALED CONTAINERS IN COMMERCIAL OR PUBLIC VEHICLES

902.1

No driver of a commercial or public vehicle or common carrier in the District of Columbia shall have in his or her possession, while in or on the vehicle, any opened or unsealed package containing any alcoholic beverage.
