Rule 23-709 - NOTICE OF CRIMINAL CONVICTION
709.1

A licensee shall immediately notify the Board in writing if the licensee discovers that a Board-approved manager, owner, or solicitor has been convicted of an offense other than a minor traffic offense; except, that there shall be no notification required for any such conviction that is more than five (5) years old.

709.2

For purposes of this section, "immediately" shall mean notifying the Board within seven (7) calendar days upon discovery of the criminal conviction.
