Rule 23-2003 - STORAGE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

2003.1

The licensee under a Caterer's license may store alcoholic beverages in the District of Columbia upon the approval of the Board. The licensee under a Caterer's license shall not store alcoholic beverages intended for use in the District of Columbia outside of the District of Columbia.
