Rule 23-1503 - NOTICE OF A SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE IN THE OPERATION OF A LICENSED ESTABLISHMENT
1503.1

Before a licensee makes a change in the nature of the operation of a licensed establishment which may be determined to be a substantial change, the licensee shall file with the Board a proposal to amend his or her most recent application to reflect the proposed changes.

1503.2

Upon receipt of an application amendment, the Board shall determine whether the change is substantial, and shall notify the licensee of its decision within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the application amendment.

1503.3

A fact-finding hearing may be held in the discretion of the Board to determine whether the change is substantial.

1503.4

Whenever the Board determines that the change is substantial, the Board shall give notice, as required in D.C. Official Code § 25 -404.
