Rule 23-1407 - SALE TO EMBASSIES

1407.1

Holders of Wholesaler's licenses Class A, shall be authorized to sell and deliver alcoholic beverages within the District of Columbia directly to embassies, diplomatic representatives of foreign countries, and to international organizations designated by Executive Order of the President of the United States as entitled to the privileges outlined by federal law.

1407.2

The provisions of § 1407.1 shall not be construed as waiving the collection of the District of Columbia tax upon alcoholic beverages sold and delivered under this section.
