The provisions of this chapter shall apply to an individual or entity that is registered by the Board, or applying for a registration, to test medical marijuana and medical marijuana products.
The provisions of this chapter do not apply to the in-house testing by a cultivation center of its own cultivated crop or products. However, a cultivation center shall not sell any of its cultivated crop or products until the crop or products have been tested and certified by an independent testing laboratory registered by the Board to test medical marijuana and medical marijuana products.
