Rule 22-C5600 - INSTRUCTIONS TO REGISTRANTS

5600.1

The Board shall develop and furnish to registrants, at the time of issuance of registration, written information describing the laws and regulations applicable to the dispensary, cultivation center, or testing laboratory's day-to-day operations.

5600.2

Applications shall also be made available on ABCA's website. To the extent possible, applications shall be posted on ABCA's website in various languages for informational purposes. Applications submitted to the Board shall be completed in English.
