Rule 22-B415 - WITHDRAWAL OF REGISTRATION
415.1

The Director may withdraw registration of a registrant who is not licensed or registered in the state in which they are physically located, or in good standing under Federal law or the laws of the state in which incorporated.

415.2

The Director shall give written notice to the applicant citing the basis for withdrawal. The effective date of withdrawal shall be ten (10) calendar days from the date of service of the notice, or immediately, in case of danger to the public health, safety or welfare.

415.3

The notice shall state that registration shall be automatically withdrawn unless, prior to the effective date, registrant submits official proof satisfactory to the Director of a license in good standing.

415.4

A registrant can reinstate registration by submitting official proof of compliance with Federal or state licensure or registration cited in the notice of withdrawal.

415.5

Once a registration has been withdrawn, a registrant cannot distribute drugs in the District.
