These rules establish an Officer-Agent Certification Committee and the requirements for individuals to become certified Department of Mental Health (DMH) Officer-Agents in the District of Columbia.
These rules apply to DMH and other District agencies, mental health providers and individuals who seek Officer-Agent Certification.
