Rule 22-A6505 - NOTICES OF INFRACTION

6505.1

The Department may issue an NOI for any violation of this chapter. The fine amount for any NOI issued under this chapter shall be as follows:

(a) For the first (1^st ) offense, five hundred dollars ($500.00);

(b) For the second (2^nd) offense, one thousand dollars ($1,000.00);

(c) For the third (3^rd) offense, two thousand dollars ($2,000.00); and

(d) For the fourth (4^th) and subsequent offenses, four thousand dollars ($4,000.00).

6505.2

The administrative procedure for the appeal of an NOI issued under this chapter shall be governed by 16 DCMR §§ 3100 et seq.
