Rule 22-A6306 - NOTICES OF INFRACTION

6306.1

The fine amount for any NOI issued under this chapter shall be as follows:

(a) For the first offense $500.00;

(b) For the second offense $1,000.00;

(c) For the third offense $2,000.00;

(d) For the fourth and subsequent offenses $4,000.00.

6306.2

The administrative procedure for the appeal of an NOI issued under this chapter shall be governed by 16 DCMR §§ 3100 et seq.
