Rule 22-A5401 - REIMBURSEMENT RATE

5401.1

The Private Hospital Probable Cause Hearing Rate is as set forth below:

SERVICE	RATE	UNIT
Probable Cause Hearing	$650.00	Per Event

5401.2

The Department shall not provide any other reimbursement for any cost incurred by a private hospital with a contract with the Department beyond the event rate cited in this rule.
