Rule 22-A3014 - NOTICES OF INFRACTION

3014.1

The Department may issue a Notice of Infraction (NOI) for any violation of this chapter. The fine amount for any NOI issued under this chapter shall be as follows:

(a) For the first offense five hundred dollars ($500.00);

(b) For the second offense one thousand dollars ($1,000.00);

(c) For the third offense two thousand dollars ($2,000.00); and

(d) For the fourth and subsequent offenses for thousand dollars ($4,000.00).

3014.2

The administrative procedure for the appeal of an NOI issued under this chapter shall be governed by 16 DCMR §§ 3100 et seq.
