Rule 21-717 - DENIAL, SUSPENSION, OR REVOCATION OF LICENSE

717.1

Failure to permit the inspections required by this chapter shall be grounds for denial of an application for a solid waste collector's license.

717.2

Continued or repeated failure to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be grounds for suspension or revocation of a solid waste collector's license.

717.3

A licensee shall be given an opportunity to answer and be heard by the Director upon charges against the licensee.
