Rule 21-5311 - GENERAL MANAGER

5311.1

The General Manager is designated as the Chief Contracting Officer for the Authority. The General Manager is authorized to enter into, administer, terminate and otherwise manage contracts subject to any approval thresholds that may be established by the Board.

5311.2

The General Manager shall determine the qualifications of Contracting Officers and may delegate contracting authority in whole or in part to one or more other Contracting Officers. Such delegation shall be in writing specifying the limits of the authority granted.
