Rule 21-5209 - DISCIPLINARY PROCESS
5209.1

Employees will comply with the Authority's regulations, policies and procedures, and performance standards and requirements. Employees may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination for any failure to comply with such regulations, policies and procedures, and performance standards and requirements.
