Rule 20-804 - NITROGEN OXIDE EMISSIONS

804.1

No person shall discharge, or cause the discharge into the atmosphere of nitrogen oxides from fossil fuel-fired steam generating units of more than one hundred million (100,000,000) British Thermal Units (BTU) per hour heat input in excess of the emission limits set forth in Appendix 8-1.
