Rule 20-3512 - EXPEDITED PERMIT REVIEW

3512.1

The incentives in Section 7(a) of the Act shall apply to any project that will meet LEED certification, including LEED for Homes, at the Gold level or higher.

3512.2

Review of an application for any DOEE approval that will meet LEED certification at the Gold level or higher, or can demonstrate other exemplary environmental benefits of the project, shall be completed within the following timeframes:

(a) Before October 1, 2008, not more than fifteen (15) days after submission; and

(b) On and after October 1, 2008, not more than seven (7) days after submission.

3512.3

The time period in subsection 3512.2 shall begin when all documents necessary for review are received, as determined by the Director.
