All grant agreements between the grantee and the D.C. Energy Office shall be executed by the Director, before final approval to start the activity.
Each grant shall be limited to a maximum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for a one-time demonstration project of a currently available commercial technology.
The grant agreement shall be signed by the individual or organization head ultimately responsible for the funded activity.
At any point during or after the funding period of the grantee, the Program Manager may audit the activities and financial records of the grantee.
Failure to comply with any reasonable request of the Program Manager or Director may result in an immediate suspension of grant funding.
All grants shall comply with the requirements set forth in 10 CFR § 465.15, as amended from time-to-time.
