The use of tobacco in any form on school premises shall be prohibited, except that adults may smoke in special areas designated by the principal with the agreement of the D.C. Fire Marshal.
The use of alcoholic beverages on school premises shall be prohibited.
Whenever the kitchen and serving counter area is to be used for any purpose other than in connection with the service of the regularly scheduled school lunch, arrangements shall be made in advance with the office of the public school official in charge of buildings and grounds, and with the official in charge of food services.
