Any accident to an individual at or adjacent to a recreation unit shall be reported on the prescribed form to the central office.
In case of serious injury, such as a broken limb or an accident rendering a person unconscious, the family shall be notified by a reliable messenger and by the recreation office by telephone.
If an injured person must be moved to a hospital, the case shall be referred to the Police and to the D.C. Emergency Ambulance Service.
