A contestant shall report to the inspector in the dressing room at least one (1) hour before the contestant is scheduled to enter the ring.
A contestant who fails to perform in a contest for which the contestant or the manager has signed a contract and who does not furnish an acceptable reason, or doctor's certificate in case of physical disability, to the Commission is subject to disciplinary action.
