Rule 19-2051 - RECONSIDERATION OR REINSTATEMENT
2051.1

A person whose application for a license or renewal of a license has been denied or whose license has been suspended or revoked, may, by filing a new application accompanied by the proper fee, request the Commission to reconsider the matter.

2051.2

Upon showing of cause satisfactory to it that the applicant fulfills all the requirements for the license sought, the Commission may issue the license or renewal of license.

2051.3

A licensee who has been ordered by the Commission to pay a fine, or whose purse has been withheld by final decision of the Commission, may petition for reconsideration by filing a petition within ten (10) days after the date of service of the order on the licensee.

2051.4

The Commission shall grant or deny a petition filed pursuant to § 2051.3 within twenty (20) days after the filing of the petition, but failure of the Commission to act within that period constitutes a denial of the petition.
