Rule 19-213 - EMPLOYEE DEATH BENEFITS
213.1

The designated beneficiary of a deceased employee shall be eligible to receive unpaid compensation and a refund of the employee's contribution to the Employees' Retirement Plan if the employee is not vested in accordance with the provisions of the Retirement Plan.
