1405.1

Licenses issued to own or operate a video arcade or offer mechanical amusement machines for public use shall be renewed annually at a time and in the manner prescribed by the Mayor. In the case of an application for renewal of a license to own or operate a video arcade or offer mechanical amusement machines for public use, the Mayor may require a fine to process a late application; provided that in no case shall a fine exceed $50.00.
