Rule 19-114 - APPROVAL OF CERTAIN CONTRACTS

114.1

Before the Authority awards any contract that requires the approval of the District of Columbia Council in accordance with D.C. Official Code § 2-352.02, as such may be amended from time to time, and prior to the submission of any such contract to the Council, the Board shall first approve the contract by a resolution passed by a majority of the Members.
