Rule 19-112 - AMENDMENTS

112.1

These bylaws may be amended from time to time, in any manner not inconsistent with the Act, by the affirmative vote of a majority of the entire membership of the Board at any meeting of the Board, if notice of the substance of the proposed Amendment be contained in the notice of the meeting, or if such notice be waived as herein provided.
