Rule 18-1321 - RECIPROCITY
1321.1

A commercial motor vehicle driver may drive a commercial motor vehicle in the District of Columbia if the person has a commercial driver license or commercial learner permit issued by any jurisdiction in accordance with the minimum Federal standards; Provided:

(a) The commercial driver license or commercial learner permit is not suspended, revoked or canceled; or
(b) The person is not disqualified from driving a commercial motor vehicle, or subject to an out-of-service order.
