Documents required or permitted by any provision of this chapter shall be filed with the Director.
Documents may be filed by personal delivery or by mail.
Unless otherwise specified, documents shall be considered to be filed on the date on which they are actually received by the Director.
All documents filed with or presented to the Hearing Division may be retained in the files of the Division; Provided, that the Division may permit the withdrawal of original documents upon the submission of properly authenticated copies to replace the documents.
Any party who submits data or evidence in a proceeding governed by this chapter in response to a subpoena or by request or by permission of the Department may, on payment of lawfully prescribed costs, procure a copy of any document submitted by him or her a copy of any transcript made of his or her testimony.
