A person applying for certification as a PCT shall undergo a criminal background check (CBC) prior to issuance of the certification.
After issuance of an initial certification, the applicant shall undergo an additional CBC as determined by Title 17 DCMR Chapter 85.
The Board of Nursing shall review the results of a person's positive CBC results.
