This chapter applies to applicants for, and holders o f, a certification to practice as a patient care technician (PCT).
This chapter shall apply to persons who, regardless of job title, are employed in an acute care service agency or facility for the purpose of providing PCT activities as specified in this chapter.
Chapters 40 (Health Occupations: General Rules) and 41 (Health Occupations Administrative Procedures) of this title apply to holders of a certification to practice as a PCT.
