Rule 17-9101 - TERM OF LICENSE

9101.1

A license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be valid for no greater than five (5) years from the date of issuance provided that the period may be extended for good cause shown. The license shall expire at 12:00 midnight on the date of expiration.
