Rule 17-7600 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

7600.1

This chapter applies to persons authorized to practice respiratory therapy in the District including applicants for or holders of a license issued in accordance with this chapter.

7600.2

Chapters 40 (Health Occupations: General Rules) and 41 (Health Occupations: Administrative Procedures) of this title supplement this chapter.
