Rule 17-6418 - CONTINUING COMPETENCY6418.1 An optometrist who has met the requirements for licensure and has satisfied the requirement of completing thirty-eight (38) hours of approved continuing education credit pursuant to 17 DCMR § 6406.4 is deemed competent to practice the profession of optometry.
